About the Role

Are you a person with a technical interest? A person with drive? Do you have an eye for where support is needed? Are you good at instructing colleagues on how to resolve issues on their line? Then the role of Technical Operator may be right for you.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery
• Assist maintenance technicians with preventive maintenance work
• Show and help colleagues with operational adjustments
• Contribute to improving technical availability
• Assist and support other packaging staff with technical problems
• Help develop and communicate procedures and work methods, SOP
• Contribute to spreading and building competence among the rest of the team.

We produce cottage cheese around the clock, which means that working hours are scheduled in shifts. Flexibility in thought and approach is a highly valued trait.
